Beware Artists

It has come to my attention that there is an individual who is on this site (probably more than one) who will report you if you are an active photo manipulation artist. There are rules that state you cannot use photographs without express permission of the company or individual who is responsible for their creation. That is true and understandable. However, this individual is taking upon themselves to correct all artists, report all their art and attempt to have their accounts shut down. Please be aware that you can report them for harassment though I'm sure with the number of reports they will be filing in the future, someone, somewhere in DeviantArt will ask a few questions as well.
